Hey hey it is FO' REAL FRIDAY! No post yesterday for the fourth WOD plan! I had a few fires to get out. For those check'n, my apologies. Here is the fourth day of the workout to finish Strong! We all have rough days but we don't stay there we shake it off and get back into the game! With that said here it is:
